News: Beat the Balti bulge with Harpers this National Curry Week

People in Britain certainly do not need an excuse to get stuck into a curry at the weekend. It is estimated that 3.5 million curries are eaten each week and a staggering £2.8 billion is spent each year on Indian food each year.
However National Curry Week (23 - 29 November) provides the perfect excuse for many of us dig into our favourite dish in order to raise money for Oxfam. During National Curry Week Indian restaurants across the country will designate a particular dish for National Curry Week and a £1 of each dish sold will be donated to Oxfam.
With the average calorie content of a curry topping 1000
calories Harpers Fitness at is encouraging all those wanting to
beat the Balti bulge to head down to their local Harpers to burn
off the calories in the gym. Only a marathon gym session would
shift all the calories consumed in a curry in one go but going to
